Objectives and Scope

Subseco believes project integrity is crucial to project improvement and maintenance. Implementation and ongoing supervision of a quality management system maintains the integrity of these systems.

Auditing ensures the continual improvement of the quality management system. Auditing is a critical part of certifying a projects compliance against the contract or a set of client specifications.

Auditing can be conducted against a wide variety of systems and processes. Some examples of audits may include:

  • Plant, material or project resource supplier audits to ensure the correct resource is used for the assigned task;
  • Construction procedure and process review (compared against industry standard and accepted standards and codes of practice);
  • Project specific systems audits; these can be any project related system, stakeholder communication systems, contract timeframes, contract specific items, new quality, environmental or safety management systems;
  • Internal and external corporate management systems;
  • 3rd party accredited Quality Management System audits to ensure ongoing compliance;
  • Tender assessment auditing, to assess accuracy of information provided within tender submissions prior to award.

This can be completed in conjunction with an auditee and improvements can be made concurrently be assist supplier and contractors in achieving compliance or as a separate stand-alone assessment tool.

Subseco can also conduct internal and external 3rd party auditing against ISO 9001:2015 (ISO/DIS 9001) based on the principles of:

Quality, Environmental and Safety Auditing

We review all quality and client quality, environmental and safety procedures and internal policies to determine to most effective application to the projects and appropriate project auditing regimes.

Subcontractor and Supplier Auditing

Subseco can review our client’s subcontractors and suppliers for product and service compliance. Subseco act in a professional and discreet manner, to review internal and external systems for product and service provision to determine appropriate quality standards and requirements are met.
